One of my favourite songs of this incredible ProgRock band besides "This green and pleasant land" and "Good as gold". Who has not yet done must see the band live. You won't forget the event and will get addicted to their live concerts.😀 Rock on!

To listen & to sing it live, just in front of Nick Barrett, in Pau has been more than awesome ... Great tune, great lyrics, absolutely great band ... Buy their cds and support them moving on with a more than 30 years career ... Keep On Progging!!!!

I can hardly say just how much this song means to me. So incredibly realistic, acknowledging how terrifying life’s struggle is, yet filled with a hope that seems irrational by just how dogged it is against impossible odds. I fight depression, past hurts, and year after year of disappointment in how my big break hasn’t yet arrived, all the time. And this song makes me want to never give up.

The downside of being Canadian ... this band has never had any exposure here. Fantastic band!!

Nor has it in France ; you have to know prog, to have fans friends, in other words to be given the very gift of an entrance into this other world, to get the chance to know such masterpieces. Plus, in Canada, you have Mystery !

id say nicks a big eloy fan he has the same singing style has there vocalist

I agree with that. Not only the notes in the chord progression starting halfway through, but the uplifting and emotionally intense lyrics, sound a lot like Anathema.
