The Fairbanks-Morse opposed diesel engine would be a good template to follow while using two Lada engines. Lubricating the upper engine will prove to be a problem. Also, since the OP engine is a uniflow-breathing engine, Vlad will have to use a BIG blower to force the air-fuel mix into the cylinders. Too many other complications as well but, it would make for an awesome video if he got a stacked OP Lada engine to run!

it would likly work better to... wrap copper wire around the graphite paper "the paper being tightly wrapped around its self before being wound with wire", then covered in a stranded nylon braid that holds the wire to the paper core that is when coated in liquid rubber epoxy in several cycles so each dries properly... future update make a ethanol graphite paste, saturate a nylon strand "that is the same diameter as the rolled paper core" with the ethanol graphite paste, then wrap that with thin wire and so on again. "graphite infused plug wires, because when the copper wire brakes internally on other wires they completely stop working".
@mrkrusher29

you know what would work even better? get a lead of stranded copper and then cover it in some sort of insulating rubber material, for a better connection you could even gave some sort of crimped connector on the end of it. But remember, this video isnt about making something that works well

Very good guys
"Here we gum"!!!
MacGyver said use the solid pencil lead itself as a conductor.
running an engine with paper crafts... that's too funny
Next episode: ignition leads made from Chernobyl graphite control rods. Jokes aside it's impressive that it even started on all four drawn leads :D
This might save someone stuck somewhere.
Get 4 silicone hoses, roll the pencil / pencil grinding’s paper insert in thru the tube
I’m very curious to know the voltage drop across these strips
So graphite rich organic paper twisted up becomes wire? This definitely was a crazy show that I don't understand
MacGyver methodology.
now you just need to make a cardboard manifold instead of those paper leads. you can have separate paths for each cylinder on the cardboard (one to many).
what about graphite powder put into rubber/plastic tubing, sealed on each end, with connectors for the cap and plugs? seems it should work s well, and if clear, and not filled to capacity, then maybe even see a spark through the clear tubing. might be interesting, at least it seems so to me.
someones gettin tan 😎
You should make a new clear cap and use pencils for the lead connections
You guys should do a collaboration with Jr @the driveway engineer this. Needs to happen please
You should've drawn on both sides of the paper and twisted a couple of them together, i think that they would have worked better. Good video though.
👌😂👍this guy’s never cease to amaze me with their impressive experiment’s and invention’s! Lmfao!😂👏👏👏the Russian mythbusters!
Try double up and feed the paper through a rubber hose and put connectors on the paper
No proper test, no rain condition simulation. : ) Unique, a car running on paper strips.

Accept no substitute.
Touch it if you have the guts :)
doesn´t the glue it self leeding the current?
Wicked !😁
Let's see the video to see if it's possible to epoxy wheels to hubs without all the lugnuts (and brake rotors as necessary)
Yeah brine soaked rope for coil lead
Next try saline filled silicone hoses!
I suspect that the graphites resistance is on the high side.

Doesn't matter. At voltages that high, you don't need much current to generate a spark
I like diesel so I don't need spark plugs, but now I know what to do when you can't source the proper wire! Hopefully mice won't eat them like they do with the Toyota soy insulation.
Get your hands on some graphite coated canvas.
Its all good until it rains.
That’s a shocking idea
❤️❤️❤️
vinyl tube with graphite powder?
Try chopping up an old extension or lamp cord.

Barbed wire :)
happy 700k subs congrats
Graphite on paper but roll the paper into a tube
Roll the strips of paper into tubes graphite facing inwards and wrap the outer in electrical tape home made paper wire
Next project make an opposing engine, with two regular engines.

Make a car using as many homemade parts are you can.
I don't know if old-school copy paper would work. Carbon paper..
it would likly work better to... wrap copper wire around the graphite paper "the paper being tightly wrapped around its self before being wound with wire", then covered in a stranded nylon braid that holds the wire to the paper core that is when coated in liquid rubber epoxy in several cycles so each dries properly... future update make a ethanol graphite paste, saturate a nylon strand "that is the same diameter as the rolled paper core" with the ethanol graphite paste, then wrap that with thin wire and so on again. "graphite infused plug wires, because when the copper wire brakes internally on other wires they completely stop working".

you know what would work even better? get a lead of stranded copper and then cover it in some sort of insulating rubber material, for a better connection you could even gave some sort of crimped connector on the end of it. But remember, this video isnt about making something that works well
Put the graphite on both sides of the strips and then silicone it so there's no arcs.
