    Master could you please teach me silat and the reason I'm asking you this Is that I'm a 15 year old highschool teenager I'm not that strong I'm not that of fighter either I'm skinny I want to earn respect of the people around me And also defend myself and the people I love I would love to learn from you Is there any way that I can contact you?

    What country do you live in? If you live in America, you should join the wrestling team or find your closest BJJ or MMA gym. If you live in Europe or Asia, then Judo should be extremely easy to find. Judo, wrestling, and BJJ will do far more for you against school bullies than Silat ever will. If you are really serious about protecting yourself and gaining confidence so people stop messing with you, you also need to get strong and fast and get endurance. Today, right now, you could start doing push-ups, squats, running, and shadow boxing. Start today, except shadow boxing because you don't know how to yet. But you can start with push-ups and squats and running. Then do a little more two days from bow. Then a little more two days from then. In a month or so, you should already be stronger, faster, and have more endurance. No martial art really works if you're scrawny, weak, and have no gas tank. Any true combat athlete or "martial artist" who tries to tell you otherwise is lying to you. Techniques with strength and speed are always better than techniques with weakness.

    @manoj5417 what country do you live in friend? I hope you had a good day today. Don't forget to do your push ups and squats today! Honestly, I will make it even easier for you. You don't have to run or squat or do push-ups at all. All you have to do is burpees. Look up "Navy SEAL burpees" or "California Prison burpees" and do that kind of movement. Do as many burpees as you can possibly do in 1 minute. That's all you have to do. Just 1 minute. Then every day, you try to do more burpees than the day before. After a month, you do 1.5 minutes instead of 2 minutes. Anyway, hope you had a good day today bro.
