I enjoyed how Edward Tufte misquoted Eric Gill in a way that shows Trufte's viewpoint on beauty. Replacing "itself" for "her". Really fun to watch and informative lecture!

unexpected turn as in away from having anything to do with medieval drawings? Totally inappropriate lecture title. Tufte is great but this was just the same speech he gives anywhere.
The first woman is so smug and annoying I can't take it.
