    I got my Peloton in June 2018. I just completed my 400th ride. Typically, I ride 3 times a week and lift weights 3 other days. I find what helps me to stick with it is to mix up the types of rides I do each week, rather than having a set routine. For example, I may do a 20 minute HIIT on Monday, a 45 minute class on Wednesday and a 30 minute scenic ride on Friday; or I may do 3 60 minute classes. I change the combo every week. Also, sometimes instead of doing a ride of a certain length, like the standard 45 minute ride, I’ll do two or more rides that will total 45 minutes just to shake things up. Of course, it also helps to have another form of exercise you do as well as the Peloton, like lifting weights. Personally, I’d have gotten bored long ago if all I did was ride.

    1. find your why do it for yourself expensive 2. overpower excuses 3. find instructor/ change personality music 4. be consistent min 3 max 6. to see results 5. set ride schedule higher chance you will ride extra click here now less people compete motivate to do the best keep cell phone away set mini goals for each ride top 50% 70% of the top people based off energy and how body feels have fun reaching your goals. dont set it based off scale mirror
