Peloponnese is a paradise haven for every one to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island... Greetings from the 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Peloponnese is the hidden gem of Greece you need many many hours of video to explore this part of Greece
We were very happy to share our knowledges about the organic olive oil we produce and be part of this excellent video!🫒 Thank you so much for visiting our village called Malandreni, in Argolis region. 🍇🍷 I hope to meet you again, soon!
Nice video but capturing a very minor number of things to do and places to visit in Peloponnese! Such a nice area of Greece!
Don’t spend thousands going to tourist traps like santorini. Pay 40 euros a night and stay in kalamata.
Thank you for this very nice - if somewhat short - video introducing the Peloponnese. And, yeah.. it's a rough and beautiful country..
This was fantastic!!!! Greatly done! You could really do top 20 or 30 of Peloponnese places like : Kalamata Stoupa Kardamyli Foneas Pylos Kosta Navarino Koroni Finikoyda Epikourios Apollon full ancient temple that always faces Sirius Neda waterfalls Odontos train ride Patras Neighbouring islands like Kythira, Zakybthos, Elafonisos Rio Antirio bridge And the top coast of the Peloponnese The list goes on there is even skii villages. Enjoy people this region doesn’t disappoint I highly recommend it 🎉 And hiking the Tayetos !!!!
I'd say unspoilt, rather than diamond in the rough. Thanks for posting.
I think you are the most wonderful tour person. Really, the way you explain things is so wonderful and it doesn't hurt that you are so beautiful too. I am not sure how to view your other tours of things in the world. Again, I really enjoyed your tour and will try to find out more of your DW TOUR youtube videos to watch. To make more monies suggest you start your own website and sell things you like on your trips (meaning, you could buy in bulk and ship things to viewers etc.) thanks again
Awesome place and great video! Germans are very welcome but we should all remember WW2 reparations are still owed 👍

The Peloponnese is not a "diamond in the rough." That is actually an underhanded insult.

@Goose How can calling something a diamond (be it rough or polished) be an *underhanded insult* ? 🤔
Well that wasn’t much…I really don’t care about olive oil.

I visited Peloponnese in the 1990s - the entire region. It sucks. The people (total hillbillies, no class), the food (greasy or dry, and poorly made/presented), the views, the infrastructure, even the beaches were grimy. All of it sucked. And my fellow travelers were unimpressed. Maybe it was just bad luck? Has it improved?

Infrastructure has been improved for sure. Food really depends where you eat. Overall Peloponnese offers so many unique traditional unknown recipes that you can't find anywhere else in the country. For people I would say that you are right. Most of them(older generations) especially in the south are nationalists, quite racist and dishonest. Also they don't like so much foreign tourists. In terms of landscape you're wrong. it's incredibly diverse from high snow-capped mountains and gorgeous lakes to volcano and secret unspoiled coves. And I won't mention history and archaeological sites you can find there. So i think overall you are wrong and you didn't dig in properly to your adventure in Peloponnese.

@@Gk-ug6gu Well, I gently disagree on one point: Every country's population has the right to be nationalist within reason - whether it's Africa, Asia, or Europe. I meant "hillbillies" as in loutish and slovenly in appearance.
This site was founded by the Arvanites. The history is a joke. People there still speak the old arvanite language which is Albanian. Not ancient spartan. Now they say it is Greek. What a joke. More than half of greek history is stolen. It isn’t greek at all.
