Stay in Sikkim for one month and go back with 1 MILLION subscribers....this series is the real thrust behind 300k believe me..... Behind the scenes part was good too... background music was awesome.....but Harish ji do take care when going for waterfalls these regions are always wet and swampy and always prone to accidents....I don't want my favourite tour guide to get injured.....and this episode was as usual superb...✌✌✌✌

This was an excellent example of food vlog should be. Covering the local food and culture gives this video an edge over others. And you are making commendable efforts to cover far flung areas of India which are very rarely covered in other videos! I can feel through videos, that people over there are so humble, innocent, honest and hardworking. You can tell from their lovely faces and fantastic smiles that they are so pious. Even business owners run the business as hobby and not just business. Rest of India has ignored these beautiful regions and traditions until, which is really a shame! Thanks for covering these states for us. I don’t reside in India, but will surely visit these places when I will be there next year. Amazing states, with beautiful people and lovely food. A penny from my side: From presentation point of view, try one dish at a time please, do not mix all in one over rice. Juices/ curries will not mix with each other and you can describe taste better. Keep up the good work!

I am enjoying your vlogs from Las Vegas and this Sikkim series is outstanding for the breath and depth of it's coverage. I particularly admire you for asking your driver to join at your table to have meals together as we know how drivers are asked to eat separate. And also your very intimate approach to answer your fans as much as you can and this separates you from many of fellow vloggers.

Yes, iskush is called chow-chow in South India. It is called Chayote in the West. In fact, almost all parts of iskush are edible - fruit (iskush), tender shoots (iskush ko munta) and storage roots (iskush ko jara). Jara is the tastiest of all, much better than potato.

Iskush ko jara is available during the winter season, after the iskush plant completes its yearly production cycle. Local farmers dig these storage roots from the ground. They taste excellent when prepared into a curry with gravy. I have not seen Jara in South India yet - probably the farmers in South India are yet to see them as a food products or yet to sale them in the market. Since you visited Sikkim during the monsoon season, jara may not have been available then.

East or west Harishji is the best. The way he explains, taste the food, react to local people, traditions. These are qualities of Harishji makes him unique and I am nobody to compare him with anybody. I do like rocky and mayur however, their styles are different full of humor and all. We human can not listen same music whole day. We need to experience little of bit of everything. Sir, I personally thank you for sharing such a wonderful videos. When I feel like traveling and tasty new foods while being at home, i would prefer your videos. Stay blessed and keep sharing such lovely videos of this mesmerizing nation called INDIA. M from pelling, n m missing my home now😊 U should have visited pelling aswell,,This religious place is believed to fulfill one’s wishes. The legend has it, if someone prays and sprinkles the water on oneself, his wishes are likely to come true. The formation of the lake resembles a footprint from a high viewpoint. It is frequently assumed as the footprint of deity Tara. Another assumption is that the footprints are of Hindu God Shiva.

Yes Harish you are right. Eiskus is very similar or same as chow chow or maerekkai as it is known in Tamil Nadu. It’s origin can be trace to Columbia and in English it is called Chayote. It’s taste is a cross between cucumber and potato? You would know better. Not my favourite.
