I spoke to Pele the other day. She is fierce. She told me who she was. Her message to Hawaiians was clear. She said she is a fiery salamander elemental. These are some of the most powerful ones as they are prime creators of the land. She also told me she loves her people very much and is a protector of the Islands for ever. That dear lady has Pele fire running through her...

50 years ago when I attended community College. My geology teacher showed us a picture he had taken when he was doing some work at the volcano national park. In the picture showing the fire and hot lava, their was an image in the fire of a woman. He had the pictures checked out if their was any overexposure in the film. No overexposure. Many in the class and the teacher too thought it was Pele.

I love this woman! Than you for the beautiful dance prayer. here a bit of a reflection on ancient languages of humanity (as when we were living as sisters-brothers and children of Earth, i pray that this awareness comes to humanity again) Pele is the melting (la as love) of Earth (Pa). With the e (in pe and le) it transforms into the flow of the heart (the sound of e) the heart of Earth, Pele. It makes me think of Virgin Maria, who is actually the Earth, not a human. Like Pele, as Kekuhi so well explains (thank you! it is time that people understand that there is not only the human spirit, the human body and lives to respect, save and love, but also of the other 4 (tree, animal, stone and star people) oh... in what state of ignorance has human supremacism left us all...) Yes, Earth as also Pele have body, mind, spirit, memory, will and love, but not human, Earth is of the star people, a blue star, our mother/father. Maria: mar= ocean. Ia/io is fire, as in the fire of "San Juan" (Iuan). And is Pele of the star people (as Earth, Moon, Sun, etc) or Stone people? (mountain, river, soil, the mineral dimension) this I ask Kekuhi, saludes! and Thank you again! here, mali

This is so beautiful, thank you for sharing this. I was hoping I could find someone truly knowledgeable about Hawaiian culture and ask, is Pele's curse truly real? I understand the rumors saying it was a way just to get people to stop leaving rocks and sand on tourist buses and to respect the land, but I would love some deeper spiritual insight on someone who truly knows what Pele is about. I foolishly took sand from a beach in Kona back in 2018, a month before the eruptions. I am wondering if I really do need to return the sand and tell Pele how sorry I am. I feel as though I am cursed. I know now that it is not right to take sand or any piece of natural habitats anymore, and I have tried to ask forgiveness in a prayer/communication with Pele, but I am not sure if it can really work from a distance or without returning the sand. If a Hawaiian could help me learn the truth, I would greatly appreciate it.
