Yeah~ Everyone plays minecraft differently but I've seen enough playstyles to notice they tend to fall into certain roles, the architect, the combat/exploration enthusiast, the obsessive diamond miner. Pekora is the rarest type: engineer. Engineers tend to spend a lot of effort on builds that benefit the whole server or making traps/games for other people. I'm the same way when I play so when I saw Pekora building iron farms and stuff I'm just like "Ah good, they have an engi."

*Safer, I would argue. The magma block hurts you, but a free fall with water or a slime block at the bottom doesn't.

I watched her do this on stream & had absolutely no idea why she was doing it so thank you for this clip, I was so confused lol.

I literally just watched the tutorial on making this type of stairs and Pekora made it later that day. wow Pekora is speed.

Ok, now, riddle me this, Batman. We all know that the water elevator takes far less time and fewer resources to build than the cake-slab-chest-bell-trapdoor-pane-in-the-glass stairs -- not to mention, it can be built earlier in a new world when resources are limited. So, how many times do you have to climb the faster staircase, from bottom to top, in order to break even on the _time spent building these stairs_?

The water lift takes around 2.20 seconds, and pekora's design takes 1.81 seconds

Sure going UP is faster, but descending becomes much more dangerous since it's not as gradual as the water elevator.

Funny how the comedians viewers are even bigger comedians than pekora herself

The point of water elevators is that the dont take up much space are relatively quick and dont require you to press any keys to use. Otherwise normal steps are faster than a water elevator.
