    64 attacks are just components of the Doce Methodos. Learn the methodos.

    Why is the index finger extended? There must be a reason …and I’m sure it’s not to break a finger.

    I believe this is an unnecessary and unhelpful artifact of training. So many “experts” do it. Clearly it reduces the effectiveness of the grip and makes the finger more susceptible to being broken (destruction), cut off, and otherwise disabled. Better to drop the “cool looking” inferior grip and just GRIP the knife. Change my mind.
