Very good lap dogs! And amazing cuddle buddies. I have a pekingese girl dog named misty and every morning my boyfriend and I cuddle her for like an hour and she loves it. She doesn't even try to move it's so cute!

They are so much fun to have as a dog. I had one when I was 10 years old living in Budapest it looked like the grey ones, she was called Csifu she had puppies as well.

There is a saying : once a peke always a peke. You love them or hate them. I had a peke, she was totally black with a white chest. She looked like Gizmo, from the movie Gremlins. Although she passed away for over twenty years I still miss her.

Awwwwww! :D I have a pekingese that's 14 years old, and I have to face the fact that he's getting old. I basicly grew up with this dog. He's the closest I'll get to my Poppy. (BTW, my Poppy died when I was three, and I was very close to him.) Anyway, the cuteness factor on this video is through the roof! XD Loved it. :)

I miss my Pekingese. I euthanized her when she was just 6 years old. She had very bad patellar luxation and brachylcephalic syndrome. She could barely walk and struggled to breath constantly. It was terrible. The surgery to correct her knees was $8,000 and the one to correct her breathing was another $10,000. I couldn't afford that. I wish I could have, but there was no way! I decided euthanasia was the kindest choice.
