Celebrating International Women's Day (IWD) 2021 - featuring Liz Watson [Class of 2012]
Liz has been playing Netball for the Melbourne Vixens since 2014 and was appointed co-captain going into the 2020 season. She was first selected for the Australian National Netball Team, The Diamonds, in 2016 and has been Captain during the recent Constellation Cup against New Zealand.
Awards include: Liz Ellis Diamond (2018); Australian International Player of the Year (2018); ANZ Championship premiership player {2014); Super Netball Young Star Award (2017); Two-time recipient of Sharelle McMahon Medalist (2017, 2018); Four-time winner of Super Netball Team of the Year (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020)
This footage is from the PEGS Firsts Netball Team 2010 - a Premiership year - this game is against Yarra Valley Grammar.
