the first main difference between the siesta and zero 3 high chair are the seat covers.The zero 3 seat cover comes in either vinyl or eco-leather while the siesta comes in eco-leather only. You can definitely tell the difference in quality by feeling the eco leather vs the vinyl seat cover. the eco-leather seat cover feels more comfortable in my opinion. Although the vinyl seat cover is a lower quality version of the eco-leather the vinyl seat cover is still easy to clean.
The second difference between the siesta high chair and the zero 3 high chair are their trays. One is clear plastic while the other one is not. so it's very clear that peg perego used a different kind of plastic for the prima pappa zero 3 tray. although a different kind of plastic was used for the zero 3 tray. From my experience, I still find that it's still easy to clean and wipe so there's no difference in functionality between these two trays. another thing that I found about these trays that nobody is talking about is the location of the release button for the trays. so this is the peg perego siesta tray. As you can see the release button is located right at the front.
so it makes it easy for you to insert or for you to take out the tray when your baby is finished eating dinner. for the zero 3 tray. The release button is located deeper inside the tray so if you have little hands. or if you have smaller hands. You could have a hard time releasing the tray or inserting the tray.
One big difference is that The siesta can move forward and backwards but cannot naturally move left or right without turning first. The prima pappa on the other hand can turn all directions naturally So when it’s time to eat and you want to adjust the high chair to get a snuggle fit, you can easily move the zero 3 while you have to reverse the siesta to get a snuggly fit.

The Prima pappa zero 3 has 7 levels while the siesta has 9 levels. the siesta has a rubber compartment in the back for you to place your bibs or napkins. This helps you remember where you put your items and you can immediately grab them when you need it. the prima pappa zero 3 has a bare back. so I recommend that you place items nearby and at a place where you can easily remember where to find them.

The peg perego siesta has a patented stop and go system at the top of the high chair. You simply slide the switch to go and slide the switch back to lock the front wheels. The zero 3 on the other hand has rear wheel brakes. Parents have to bend down to lock and unlock the wheels which could potentially increase the chance of transferring bacterias.
