concerning station 9 on Acute Rheumatic Fever when asked on other features u might see, do u just mention featured related to the symptom shown in the video i.e those of syndeham's chorea or u can mention features of other components of the Jones criteria?

How do you differenciate NEC from hirchsprung on xray?

Hirchsprung will show a distended bowel (mostly the distal colon) whilst NEC shows pneumatosis intestinalis (air in the walls of the intestines)

What’s the difference between convulsions and a seizure? Can we use them interchangeably?

a convulsion is an outward manifestation of a seizure, in short what you see whilst a seizure is abnormal paroxysmal firing of cerebral cortical neurons (sometimes seen on an electroencephalogram-EEG), you can’t see a seizure what you normally see is a convulsion even though the terms are similar in the strictest sense you shouldn’t use them interchangeably because some seizure do not have convulsive state. I hope that helps
