@stephenmaxam So sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with V1…I’m not sure if you have seen but we’ve made close to a dozen different bug fixes to V1 and issued out several updates over the last 2 years…we recently dropped a 1.1 update for V1 about a month ago that you can download if you login to your account now. As Deyquan asked previously…if you have experienced problems please reach out to our customer support…we do everything we can to support our products….we listened to all of our customer feedback AND criticisms of V1…so we went all the way back to the booth and recoded everything to create a brand new…more efficient and amazing product! Again we are sorry you weren’t completely pleased with V1 but I can promise you that V2 is miles ahead of anything we’ve done up to this point and we hope that you will still give it a try!
