Except this is not the PCH. North of Oxnard CA 1 becomes the Cabrillo Highway all the way to the northern boundary of San Mateo County.

Thanks - you are correct. PCH is just a state of mind for me.

The CA Air Resources Board has begun pushing legislation that will ban the driving of classic cars. People need to contact their State representatives now.

@@pacific-coast-highway it wouldn't have to do with any particular event. They want to stop them from being driven altogether. They are implementing zero emissions and empowering communities to mandate no emissions areas like they're doing in the UK.
