Argentina has some of the best crowds for live music, any concert I've seen River Plate here on you tube just has the most energized crowds I've ever seen.

Brazil and Argentina know how to treat the bands! I hear they are two of the most preferred countries for bands to play in. BIG thumbs up to you guys in Argentina!!

This is amazing. I went to an Aerosmith concert in Argentina in 2014. I have never seen such energy in my life, nor will I ever forget it. The Argentine rock crowds are so full of energy, it borders on the surreal. Now I go on KZread just to watch Argentine crowds. I hope to one day see another rock concert in Buenos Aires

When I listen to the riff Mike plays at the end of the song, I feel like I'm in a dream, a dream that I never want to end. Just close your eyes and listen..... Use your Imagination to just create the most beautiful thing you can think of..... Each strum just pours pure emotion into the air.

a lot of people go back and forth on the meaning of the lyrics but I say it doesn't fucking matter, best song ever. period

My interpretation has always been it's a song about writer's block. To be yellow is to be frustrated and a ledbetter is a folk writer/composer. The song is supposed to show the frustrated writers attempt to constantly change the words and find the words that will satisfy them.

Perfect way to end a day outside jamming this song. Much love from Texas!

처음 들은지 10년이 지난 지금도 종종 찾아와서 듣는 곡.. 수많은 버전이 존재하지만 아르헨티나 공연 버전만큼 심금을 울리는 곡은 없는듯. 마지막 맥크레디의 기타 솔로는 아로새겨진 화자의 슬픔을 빗방울로 만들어 하늘로 올려보내는듯한 착각을 준다.

They move me. I have been a fan for 20 years, I am from the great northwest in the USA...I was a part of the movement of the Seattle bands when they first started playing....epic music coming out of that city. God bless Pearl Jam.

La banda preferida de Vedder y todos los integrantes de son los Ramones, incluso vino varias veces con los Ramones de gira, de incognito para que ningun fan de Pearl Jam lo reconociese y como él dice y todos los fans como yo de los Ramones decimos, los Ramones nacieron en New York pero son Argentinos, de alli el titulo de su ultimo disco "adios amigos" y su despedida en River.Por eso las lagrimas en los ojos de Vedder, es algo especial para el....no es tocar en un país mas de por ahi.Pearl Jam hace una version muy buena de "i believe in miracles" de los Ramones buscala en vivo en Argentina esta increible.Saludos!

Si, en muchos conciertos de muchos artistas se ve la gran energía que tiene el publico argentino, que además tiene la oportunidad de ver a grandes artistas tocar en su país! Siempre me gusta ver las versiones en vivo de los cantantes en conciertos en la Argentina. Los cantantes se quedan alucinados. La cara de Noel Gallagher con Don't look back in anger, no tiene precio. Uno desea haber podido estar ahí Abrazo!

I'm not being cheeky, but "officially" there are no lyrics to Ledbetter. They aren't on liner notes or Pearl Jam's exhaustive website. Ed changes them all the time. It's part of the magic of the song.

They didn't seem to know what to do when the crowd was doing that, they seemed ready to go home but the crowd was doing voodoo, wish they could do that in the States

there are plenty of versions. When it was fist recorded, it came out as a jamming in the studio, and Eddie improvised the lyrics. Every live version is different, he improvises parts of the lyrics...

Hace poco fui a ver a Queen + PR en velez...estuve en platea alta sur porque fue lo único que conseguimos a último momento...y no sabia si mirar para el lado del escenario o para el lado del campo. El publico argentino es algo increible y avasallante. En ese preciso momento pensé..."hace un par de años ya que no siento semejante emoción y fue en Ferro cuando vi a estos muchachos en sus dos fechas consecutivas" (si hubieran hecho 10 hubiera ido a las 10).
