Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 ½ cups chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Cream butters and sugars together in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Roll dough into balls and transfer to baking sheet. Dip a fork into some granulated sugar and flatten the cookies in a criss-cross manner. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool slightly and enjoy!
