Peak Week, Day 1
I had an OK night sleep last night. I did toss and turn quite a bit throughout the night. When I woke up, I was still slightly out of it. Luckily today was a recovery day. I did my recovery workout, followed by 20 minutes on the stairmaster at level 20.
I will be decreasing cardio by two minutes each day this week until I get to Saturday, July 6. That is the day that I am peeking for. I’m looking forward to also changing up my workouts for this week. I am also looking forward to adding in a pound of ground lamb +2 tablespoons of ghee each day this week. My calories will be right around 2500 every day and around 4200 on my Reif day which will be Thursday, July 4.
