Wat is more important, pip nd p plat difference of 5 Or p plat less than 30
Is the hold manuveur breath always applied in all our normal breath? Or ITS just applied when we want to measure the Pplateu?

If a question mentions inspiratory hold, it's because they're telling you they're finding the plateau pressure. It is not a normal part of inspiration and is only done when finding the Pplat.

Ohh i see. Is it ok to applied PEEP with Valve? Ex. When the pressure is reach 5cmH2O we just simply close both Valve, so the end expiration pressure is positive. Can we do that?
Is it ok to have high PIPs if the Pplat is under 30?
