EASY Peach Cobbler Recipe

(Preheat Oven to 375)
INGREDIENTS (Yield: 1 whole 9x13 sheet tray of Cobbler)
- 3 1lb and 13oz Cans of Peaches in Juice (NOT heavy Syrup)
- 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar (1/2 cup is for topping)
- 2 Tbsp of Lime
- 4 Tbsp of Cornstarch
- 1/4 of water
- 1 Duncan Hines Butter Golden cake mix (other cake mixes work too)
- 2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter
STEPS
FILLING
- Drain all 3 cans of peaches with a colander and than put them inside a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon, 1 Cup of Brown Sugar and 2 tbsp of Lime into the bowl. Set bowl aside.
- Add 4 Tbsp of Cornstarch into a measuring cup with 1/4 cup of water. Whisk with fork until combined.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the peaches and stir until well combined.
ASSEMBLY
- Pour peach mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Spinkle the Duncan Hines cake mix all over the peaches (DO NOT MIX)
- Use hands to spread cake mix to all 4 corners of the pan. Set aside.
- Grab 2 sticks of Unsalted butter and cut into 1/8 inch squares. ( I cut 19 squares out of 1 stick of butter. It dose not have to be perfect just cut that thing).
- Place butter square across the entire pan.
- Sprinkle about a half a cup of brown sugar all over the pan. ( USE more if needed)
- Bake in oven at 375 Degrees for 55 to 60 mins or until Golden Brown.
