Today, I recorded on the 12th Ave Hillclimb Trail in Carkeek Park, capturing some unique sounds on this peaceful yet energetic day. The trail was alive with the sounds of birds chirping and trees rustling in the breeze. I'm not sure if it was captured on the recording, but I did hear some faint calls of animals in the distance while hiking the trail.
Tons of people were enjoying the park, taking in the warmth and beauty of this sunny saturday. It was calm and refreshing, a perfect break from a familiarly long week. I hope this soundscape transports you to this special part of Carkeek Park. Enjoy!
