100% stand your ground. Unlike other countries, you can peacefully protest on a public road and block traffic. As long as you don't commit a criminal offence or act while doing so and allow disabled persons pass and you should enable emergency vehicles access.

If you read the constitution it clearly states that the ROI is a democracy , no mention of a constitutional republic which is enough proof that the ROI needs to be scrapped and a new Irish republic needs to be assembled

That is not what Garda college is about, its about intimidating and coercion. If you dont know the law they have the authority, if you do know the law you can out wit them because they are not the fastest cats to begin with. They are usually first year college dropouts to begin with or graduates from "social care"
