Timestamp 14:14 to 14:15. Moving fast from left to right. Whitish. Smeared out into an oval shape due to the mechanics of digital filming. If you know the mechanics of filming will smear out the shape as being longer than it really is; then you can extrapolate that the shape is much shorter than it appears on digital footage. Also, understand USO starts with the word "Unknown".This video is short and looped. That is why at first I thought there might be "lots of them".Now after studying the video, it is just the one object that is outside of the norm.A deeper view of the original video is warranted.Including the visible shock, or shudder from the school of fish, just before the object approaches.If sound was recorded on the original video, that could also shed more light on the object.
