you can find refills on the online Stampin' Up! store in the PP section. When available, they are posted the Monday after the 20 (when the second billing happens). There is always a link in the email sent to subscribers every month.
Those cards are super plain. It's kinda disappointing.

You can dress it up! They give you ideas of what you can do, and you prolly have your own stamps already!
