Peace - Stanton Lanier

Use this video to pause for 5 minutes of "peace and rest in a hurried world" today. Peace is a gift received, which then can overflow from the heart in loving and serving others. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" (John 14:27). "Peace" was inspired by this verse and a little girl named Hayley who died of leukemia. This has led to 50,000 CDs being donated to families and children facing cancer, offering hope and healing.

I had a stroke, the broke my leg a year later which have disabled me, confined to a wheelchair now... in therapy trying to walk again. Your music brings me peace and solace when I study the Bible and pray - and when I paint which is one of the few hobbies I can still do... bless you, Stanton. 💜

So beautiful! My dog comes and rests her head on my hands when I play this. Now, listening to you play, she is looking intently at the piano. She loves this piece!

I came across this beautiful piece of music only yesterday. I had to stop what I was doing and just sit there and listen. An hour later, I was still listening to the same track because it is that beautiful. Thank you 🙏

I feel like I've reached heaven when I listen to your compositions. Truly the most beautiful arrangements you compose, words can not describe! As a guitarist when I write, I become to afraid to fly, and can never finish a song. How do you do this? Truly a gift from heaven thank you Stanton
