Can you please give me the solution ?? how can i do that? I want the areas Fillable which are highlighted in YELLOW. Please see the additional attachment I have added. I want the current text in Yellow to be a Hint when the person mouses over the fillable field. I want the way the forms are formatted that when the form is completely filled out, it should look like a letter with a letter head so you won't be able to see the field names, only the field values that are input. Example: "Your Name" "Creditor Address Date" RE: Account # ("insert account number") "yellow highlighted text in double quote"

just change the formatting of the field,. right click on the field to properties. then on format tab change the format as per ur requirement
