Hlo dear , is spearmint tea safe during pregnancy?

Getting serious about fixing my PCOS symptoms and just purchased two boxes of spearmint tea today and plan on being consistent for the long run. Purchasing my vitamins tomorrow and have started a dairy/gluten free lifestyle to also help MYSELF feel and look better🥰🥰

@@jenradeaminat4648 only taking spearmint wont help. but if you are a frequent consumer of coffee/chai, try to swap them out. what i felt was this was lighter on my body, didn't make me bloat, and kept my body cool which in turn helped with reducing painful pimples. but i took professional help eventually, bcuz it was getting out of hand

yes, spearmint capsules usually work faster though and may have side effects, im using swanson brand atm they're not vegan though if that bothers you.

It won't do that much. It used to cure my irregular periods and nothing more than that. Idk if I'm used to it but now my irregular periods has started again and no you don't see reduction in facial hair atleast i didn't see any change in that

Try drinking hot/warm hibiscus tea (like you make it yourself), moringa tea or Fenugreek water/tea. Be careful with the Fenugreek though, if you start to smell like maple syrup then that means stop drinking it or slow down. Too much of it can mess up your central nervous system. But I started drinking these teas and my periods are getting kinda normal. These teas will help with facial hair little by little, I'm seeing a reduction for myself and I'm beginning to feel more confident about my face. Give the tea time to work and the blood during your cycle will even be cleaner.
