Polycystic ovarian syndrome or disease (PCOS/PCOD) is a hormonal disorder that affects women in their reproductive age. PCOS is a common health condition that affects teen and young women, it is seen in 1 out of o10 women in their childbearing age. The reproductive system of women is controlled by the complex interplay of primarily five reproductive hormones namely estrogen, gonadotropin-releasing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, progesterone and luteinizing hormone. An imbalance within these hormones leads to a hormonal disorder called the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) among women of reproductive age.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome is marked by the breakdown of reproductive hormones in women of childbearing age. Along with havoc in female hormonal control, ovaries release abnormal amounts of androgen (male hormones). This hormonal breakdown results in irregular or prolonged menstrual periods, excessive body hair, acne and hair loss. Polycystic ovaries may fail to develop follicles and regularly release eggs, causing difficulty in conceiving a pregnancy.

    To all suffering with pcod... Do regular yoga for 15 mins asnas and 10 mins breathing exercise. 2. Take speartmint tea twice a day 3. Apple cider vinegar before meals 4. Donot have meals after 7 pm to regulate blood sugar level 5. Avoid gluten based food 6. You can folllow yoga by shailendra videos 7. Ashokarushta or haldi ka kada before 3 days of periods 8. 8K steps per day 9. Triphla churan twice a week 10. Empty stomach amla and aloe vera juice . And myo insoitol after first meal of the day 11. Protein based breakfast . You can also have Herbalife shakes . Trust me this will help Follow this for 1 month and your facial hairs will reduce and your pcod will surely become better

    For hairfall try curry leaves and onion infused oil . Also always oil your hair one hour before hairwash . Due to pcos the roots of Hairs usually donot get the appropriate nourishment and that's why we experience hairfall.. try this for now

    Yes avoid dairy products like milk...cream...cakes...mithai...paneer except butter milk. Butter milk is beneficial in PCOD. Dairy products increase acne in PCOD

    मुझे 8 साल से पीसीओडी है और मैंने काफी ट्रीटमेंट भी करवाया आयुर्वेदिक एलोपैथिक पर जब तक दवाई लो तब तक ठीक होता है और फिर बाद में फिर से चालू हो जाता है तो फिर मैं सब कुछ अवॉयड कर दिया और अभी मैं सिर्फ और सिर्फ एक्सरसाइज और अपने खाने पीने का ध्यान रखती हूं पर यह सब करते हुए भी अगर दिमाग में कहीं ना कहीं से तनाव आ ही जाता है ना चाहते हुए तो सबसे ज्यादा इस वजह से मेरा पीसीओडी जो है वह डिस्टर्ब हो रहा है मतलब ठीक नहीं हो रहा है तनाव की वजह से सबसे ज्यादा में कारण है पीसीओडी के लिए तनाव, गहरी सोच... सच में पीसीओडी सबसे ज्यादा तनाव के कारण ही होता है

    Dr bachchiyon mae periods maheena bhar hota rehta hai ye 1 saal se chal raha hai 16 saal ki bachchi hai 4 saal se peiod ho raha hai pehlae ke 2 saal maheene mae 2 baar hotatha ab to 1 saal se maheena bhar rehta hai gap sirf 4 ya 5 din ka hota hai . Aese bachchiyon ko kya dena chahiye

    @@askaribano3193 ap kisi gyanaecologist ko dikhaye “registered” fir wo apko blood tests denge.. reports ane par apko pata chal jayga root cause kya hai. Hormonal imbalance hai jaha tak lag rha. Fir homeopathy dikhana kisi “ache” se ko..

    Pcod bimari nai hai 15 din m nai jayegi but aap doc ho aap sab sahi bologe but pcod women girls m hota hai hormones kaise react krte h vo admi nai smjh skta….girls agar apko pcos ya pcod hai lifestyle change kro and adapt veganism coz animal hormones trigger krte h and yeah doc ne bht ache se explain kiya hai thank you so much. Ayurved definitely help but sath main plz animal milk products n milk stop krdijiye and jinko water retention ka issue hai vo raat ko salt lena bnd krdo .
