요즘 PC방 운영이 참... 그렇죠?
연애,
결혼,
출산을 포기한다는 3포시대라고들 할 때는
그냥 유행하는 말인가 했는데 말입니다.
이게 정말 나라의 존폐를 위협하네요.
연애를 해야 결혼을 하고
결혼을 해야 애를 낳는데
애낳는게 금수저들만 가능한 세상이 되어버렸습니다.
애들이 없으니,
말그대로 백약이 무효입니다.
처음엔 아가방이 안보이기 시작하더니
수많은 유치원이 폐원한다고 하고
초중고등학교가 통폐합되고 있습니다.
PC방은 자고로 학교근처에 애들 코묻은 잔돈장사를
베이스에 깔고 가야 하는데 말입니다.
애들이 없으니 PC방에도 대책이 없는 것 같습니다.
아무튼, 그래서 사거리마다 두세개씩 경쟁하던 PC방들도
전부 폐업하고, 하나남고 폐업하는 상황인데요
그래서인지 대구조이컴에도

변수가 없기때문에 중개수수료를 적게 뗀다고 합니다.
요즘 pc방 물건이 그렇습니다.
다 비슷비슷합니다.
그래서 마진이 적어도 작업이 되는 것 같습니다.
제가 말씀드리고 싶은 부분은
변수가 없다보니 전통적으로 비싸게 매입해가던
서울용산업자가격과 비교해서
지방에서 매입하는 대구조이컴의 매입단가도 나쁘지 않게 되었다는 말씀입니다.
