Back in 2000 as an electronics hobbyist at that time i was designing on paper and making myself the PCBs for fun, electronic door bell, small radios, cable TV amplifiers, etc using nail paint and nitric acid, and as for drilling, i was making the drills manually with a small device. Took me hours to complete something but every time in the end I was so happy that i did another working PCB without any mistakes.

You guys are awesome! I am sure there are people in the galaxy who can afford $3000 PCB machine at home, to play around. Good luck!
I really appreciate you sharing this. It was enjoyable to watch and I got insight on one of my own projects. Thank you!
Toll! Werde 'die Tage' wohl erneut mein Glück mit Sprint-Layout versuchen - besten Dank für diese 'How to' Anleitung.
Wow, felt so satisfying watching it mill.. great!

It's very easy to short circuit (while soldering) because of small gap between conducted part and "no conducted". Maybe soldering is performed by another CNC ?

Thank God and You, something sane to watch.
That is a really clean cut!!!
Krásná práce!
This is really precise work,i love the cnc work..great! :D
Whoever chooses the music for these videos needs a raise.
Wow .... Thank you for the tutorial, it was very useful for me
Nice vid. Gives me hope with my CNC mill. Created board using EasyEDA but not all Gerber files created so a little more work to do. Also building a reflow oven using WalMart toaster oven, an Rocket Scream reflow oven controller+thermocouple and a Solid State Relay. Trial run of oven good.
This has to make it into one of those most satisfying video collections on youtube
Great video, thanks a lot. The PCB is fixed by two supports only, no autoleveling used and traces milled look just perfect. Did you use spring loaded bit here? Or is the bed mounted on springs?
Excellent video and music reminiscent of Kraftwerk, Excellent !

With the music it was mesmerising
I like it a lot, even the website looks fantastic
wow the vacuum system work very good
So satisfying to watch. Wish I had one of those machines. Hand etching a circuit layout takes longer.

You can use a presensitized pcb and with some test about uv timing u can have very good results I had successfully made a double sided pcb at home for a flight controller with clearence 0.1mm between traces and pads and all its components is smd. U still need to heat the etching acid so use boiled water and u will be ok I even covered it with a uv solder mask and make a screen printing for the components using a silk screen with white color uv solder mask

Hello I have a 3018 pro and every thing it's ok for pcb engraving no problem whith the copper you can cut that with the mill tools delivered with the machine ...
Wow what a perfection, congratulations, do you teach to use that cnc program to use in pcb? and how do you use it with a pen to paint the pcb on the tracks?
Satisfying to watch
Máš to pěkně udělané.
This is a wonderful job
Very satisfactory vídeo !
The system is good but too expensive for student use.
omg. iT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!
Great video. Very informative. What PCB design program are you using?
I think that this is what I’m looking for
What about a few videos on the machine itself and the software. How do you get other PCB package designs into the CNC?
Total flipping on this process. Before was you ink out the connections. Drop in acid and dissolve all the metal off the board. Now no mess and no acid messing around. Absolute brilliant.
Excellent very useful for my project
Quick and easy, if you can spend $10K for the machine.

Guys, this is SUPER EXPENSIVE. Search on youtube for "The ANT PCB Maker". An open source PCB CNC machine.
Very nice the fps view. Congrats!
Designing and cut is satisfactory
When I was a kid all we had was a PDP-10 and some ferrous chloride.
Why placed it in the middle now you have to throw away a lot of the plate?
It's great! Is that equipment homemade or not?
Amazing Content! Many Thanks!!!
I have a desktop CNC machine that will route PCBs (with trace widths down to 8 mils), but it'll also cut parts out of aluminum.

You are smart dude
Oddly hypnotic TFS, G :)
Es ist so schön !
Assuming that the soldering of the components will be done by people (and not by a robot) the possibility of this process end up resulting in some short circuit point(s) is too great!! You should have programmed the router to remove a larger area of copper around the tracks!
Wish I had one of those machines
thank you from Morocco

With the right bits and low enough lateral cutting speeds, it works. Honestly, at that kind of spacing, soldering issues and bridging are more of a problem than the cutout of the traces.
Perfecto, buen video, gracias

Very nice, for a fast prototype, where having a board an hour or two after needing it is more important than cost of this device. I'd love one, but as my use is for hobby, I don't have that kind of money. But then I'm not exactly the target market for this. But still nice vid and CNC router.
Wau super právnická to jste všechno co se týče mašiny sestrojoval sám?
