Last night on a London bus a guy randomly screaming he’s gonna kill me unsuccessfully. A code red from the driver direct to The Met, and 999 from me. So on a Wednesday night they asked me to take down the drivers details in order to store the CCTV, and to get any witnesses details. They also asked me to keep the discarded bottle he was waving at me for fingerprints, and hand this into a police station (if i could find them OPEN). Because they were so busy, and it would take around 5 hours for someone to attend. The bus was already out of service for emergency an we were all sitting around in amazement. The Callcentre person was becoming agitated as more calls were backing up, and she hung up on me. Yes Yes they hung up

He started off really badly . . . and that's what matters in encounters with public! First impressions count and that was a terrible one.

What is it with all these station closures? Stations were strategically situated in each area to allow quick and easy access for the public. What's the point of having a police station if it's closed to the public?
