Beginning February 6, 2023, PBS programming will be aired on WFWA from 1-6 PM. Children's programming moves to 6 AM-1 PM.

Me too . I was listening to Daniel tiger music then at the bottom one of peeebs videos showed up! It worked like magic
Well as long as they still have the 24/7 PBS KIDS channel and the PBS KIDS Video app, the fun never has to stop for PBS KIDS!

That sounds like how Noggin (2002-2007) did, 6am-6pm 12 hours.

I remember in 2nd grade we had this big project on Arthur and we'd watch Arthur in class and then I'd come home and watch Arthur on PBS Kids on the regular PBS Channel, OPB Station (I live in Oregon) this was before I found out about the PBS Kids 24/7 Channel. Edit: btw, is this just for this station for now, or will all stations start this on the same day?

@@joycojlm I know that WGBX in Boston is still doing that until this coming Friday when they make it exclusive to weekends beginning next week.

@@joycojlm wow it's so different from when I was little, I haven't had cable In almost 2 years, so I never knew about it, when I was little, it was 6:00am-4:00pm, then it was all PBS shows until 6:00pm, then it was PBS Kids shows again from 6:00pm-10:00pm, or that's as far as I remember.

Not to mention they removing the reruns of Mister Rogers Neighborhood on PBS Kids 24/7 channel and replacing 2 new shows

You know what we should do? We should make some form of a pbskids discord.
My station (WPBT) signs in at 6:00 am and signs off at 1:30 pm

After long standing years of after school PBS kids, they're cutting the block down, now it's just a Cartoonito USA block (Which started on CN at it's original timeslot 6am-2pm). This stinks, then again we have the PBS kids 24/7 channel which they're currently focused on.

Cartoonito has heavily cut its block down too though.
WKNO always sign off late at 2PM.

Eventually, Delta PBS Kids has the after school schedule on 2pm to 6pm on 2/6/23

Because most of their viewers now tune in to the 24 seven channel during the afternoon
