At 19:03 is a 30 second KCET Promo from Early 1999, which has a 900 number at 1-900-370 KCET (5238) which is not operative and now deactivated, as it charged Southern Californians $10 to their own phone bill. KCET Los Angeles (now PBS SoCal Plus) returned to PBS as a secondary PBS station in 2019 after 8 years as a non-commercial independent public television station, after KCET could not reach an agreement to remain with PBS and ended its partnership on December 31, 2010, as KOCE-TV became the new primary PBS station. And now KCET and KOCE-TV are sister stations.

KCET was a Flagship of sorts for PBS (besides WNET/Thirteen, WGBH and WETA).
