JB MAUNEY the best PBR cowboy ever

JB is the dragon slayer and a multiple time PBR champion. His resume speaks for itself…this list did JB dirty…..

I’ve watched the PBR all 30 years. Justin was good but JB is great. JB is the Conner MacGregor of the PBR. No one has done more for the Sport.

No, he was definitely great. He won two titles and retired in his prime. He also rode rank bulls just as JB did, although JB probably rode more of the rank ones, but Justin was more than good, he was great.

@@bretth5070 JB has brought more new fans to the sport than any other cowboy to put on a pair of boots. You can ask folks that are not bull riding fans about bull riding, and they mention either, Tuff, JB, or Chris Shivers. Justin shot himself in the foot when he retired in his prime. He may have been great, but we will never know now.

@@braveone3216 JB has brought his share of fans no doubt, but you forgot Lane Frost, who would probably be the most influential in history. Not only did he put bull riding on the map like never before, but he probably brought more future riders to the sport than anyone else. However, this list is supposed to be ranking the top bull rider, not the most influential rider. Justin accomplished so much in a short time, just as Jose Vitor Leme has done. I had Chris at #5 and Tuff at #6, and Justin at #2, and JB at #3, which I'm sure you would agree is much better than this list with JB at #9.

@@braveone3216 The real tragedy of this list is Terry Don West not making the top 30, what a joke. He was drawing and covering the rankest bulls on the circuit long before the PBR let guys pick their bulls.

Justin McBride was dang good but compared to guys like JB Mauney I don’t know if he’s number 1. Live watching him though he’s easily one of the best though!

That's what I was just thinking as we. Compared to JB Mauney he's not as good.

The difference I noticed with Sharp is somehow he doesn't snap back whenever the bulls would lunge forward. That's why it looked so much easier for him

funny thing is Jb Mauney is not even in the top five not even the highest ranked modern era rider even though he picks the best bulls

McBride has always been my favorite! Glad to see him #1. JB should be higher but I don’t know who I’d replace.

JB at #9 is absolute bullshit. Dude picked bushwacker 13 times. He never had back up.

JB is the modern day GOAT but people have short term memories. I remember when McBride was just as popular as JB and rode everything. I'm glad to see McBride get what he deserves. I feel like the whole comment section just doesn't remember just how good he was. No hate on JB because he is DEFINITELY one of the best. But I have no issue with the top 3 on this list. Justin riding that bull sideways and for a world title is insane!

Jb doesn’t belong at 9. Something is going on there between him and PBR. I’m not saying he is 1. But he has to be at least 4-6. Also, Jb rode in the era of the most top 10 ranked bulls in PBRs own list. No one conquered more all-time great bulls

I really don't know who did this but man it had to be hard to pick and they must have not liked jb. I watched Mcbride vs voodoo in tulsa when I was a kid never forget it Mcbride was good but guys be honest tuff,sharp and jb are great I really can't say who's the best in my mind they are all three my hero's.

Good list. Always great conversation to have. When i was a kid. We had these talks for hours and hours. This is PBR all time. Not Bullriders all time. Be another whole list. Jim Sharp was very,very good. Congratulations to Justin.

Unfortunately lane took the shot and we lost it too so not sure he should be on the top of the list remember where I was where what rodeo I was at when the word come out that he had the wreck.. Time's gonna give JB more chances to be up the list I'm not sure you can break it down from the top 3 of this video any better than they did... You got a man that's not on this list that has the world record ride this last winter he deserves to be here too

When they show there top 3 bulls of all time there was only one guy who rode them all. JB is the goat and they obviously have a thing against him.

Man, I would never ever take Justin Mcbride out of this top 30 but they put guys like Adriano behind him is insane, and there may be hard feelings but to leave Terry Dan West out of this conversation is shameful. These videos were amazing up until this one and it just doesn’t seem right.

I agree with Smets and Murry, Jim Sharp made rank bulls look so easy that is probably cost him a few points.
