This product line leverages the robustness of ball and roller bearings nestled within a linear guide rail. There are two commercial grade variants featuring a fixed ruler, alongside three precision grade models that boast a unique patented side adjustment capability, allowing for the fine tuning of preload on the center eccentric roller.
The three precision sizes are also available in four and five roller configuration. These sliders glide over the hardened raceways securely housed within a premium aluminum rail. This combination gives you the strength and durability of steel with the lightweight frame of aluminum. The Redi-Rail series is designed to accommodate a wide range of radial loads, from 1000 Newtons up to nearly 6000 newtons, while achieving speeds of up to ten meters per second for spaces where height is a limiting factor.
The Redi-Rail family offers a low profile variant equipped with external raceways. This solution is specifically tailored to applications with strict height constraints, offering load capacities of up to about 500 Newtons. This model is a great fit for ergonomic solutions and small scale applications.
