The teen housemates struggle to complete their task to help Narcy Esguerra and Lance Carr cross over to the PBB house. Upon learning that Narcy is about to head for the main house, Lance tries his best to remain positive. Later, Lance fails to contain his emotions after finding out that he achieved his dream to become an official teen housemate. While all 16 Star Dreamers settle inside the main house, complications arise between Lance Carr, Ashley del Mundo, Mich Wunder, and Angela Tungol. Afterward, Big Brother gives Jem Macatuno a task.
After sharing about his previous experiences as a delivery boy, Alfred Beruzil reveals to Big Brother and his fellow teen housemates a secret that he has kept from everyone. Big Brother later gives him a special assignment in order to test his perseverance. In this task, he must wear a mini-truck costume and deliver things around the house. Big Brother then takes the challenge to the next level by instructing Alfred to carry packages on his mini-truck and make several laps around the activity area. To assist him in the arduous task, Alfred recruits Shoichi Oka's and Mich Wunder's help.
Alfred Beruzil tries his best to accomplish his special task. Unknown to him, a heartwarming surprise awaits upon completion of the task. Meanwhile, Big Brother expresses his disappointment after the teen housemates failed on their second weekly task. As punishment, he hands the teens who failed at the task a challenge that gets increasingly difficult. Later, Big Brother adds a shocking stipulation should the housemates fail the challenge.
