Sky Quizon admits to his fellow housemates that he has feelings for Diana Mackey. This causes the housemates to tease him as he accompanies Diana while she rests to recover from her injury. Sky then asks the housemates to help him with his surprise for Diana. Later, Sky finally musters up enough courage to confess his feelings for Diana.
The housemates continue to teach Franki Russell how to speak in Filipino. Impressed by Franki's eagerness to study the language, Big Brother decides to give her a special assignment. In this task, she must learn how to write and recite a poem in Filipino. Franki then enlists Wealand Ferrer's help to guide her. She also gets to wear the Philippines' national costume as she takes on the task. Find out if Franki will be able to succeed in her task and deliver a proper performance.
The remaining housemates reveal their respective struggles in life. Wealand Ferrer and Kiara Takahashi open up about their situation with their respective parents. Franki Russell shares how losing her father at a young age affected her. Akie Poblete and Gino Roque IV talk about their relationship with their respective families. Later, the housemates compete in different games in the hopes of winning food for their freedom party.
Big Brother announces the total weight that the housemates must collectively lose for their weekly task. As team leaders, Diana Mackey and Sky Quizon prepare the housemates' meals to monitor their food intake. Mae Alfante also leads the gang's dance work out session. Later, the housemates have fun playing Plants vs. Mermaids in the pool area. However, the housemates quickly turn dismayed upon waking up to some alarming news.
The housemates brace themselves upon waking up to pictures of their violations inside the PBB house. Big Brother then announces the task that they have to go through as punishment for their violations. Burdened with guilt, the housemates work on their teamwork and strategy in order to succeed in Big Brother's task. As the punishment becomes even more difficult, the housemates manage to get things done one by one. Later, Mae Alfante inadvertently wounds herself as they rush to complete Big Brother's task.
