Payment Over a Pageant

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff was abused and assaulted as a child for being gay. He met the defendant at an LGBTQ organization, and they became close friends. The plaintiff says he paid for the defendant’s ticket to go to a pageant, but he hasn’t been paid back. He’s suing for travel costs and an unpaid loan. The defendant argues he’s suing the wrong person because he doesn’t owe anything.
