I have less balance due than the gift card and it wont go through. So i end up calling in

are you able to get physical gift cards from AARP?

Your videos got me to join AARP. I've been old enough, just never thought about it. Have a question...when paying using a gift card, do you have to pay off the whole amount? I put in a $100 gift card, said it was applied to the balance but when I go back in the full balance is still due. Tried the same gift card again with the same results. Just wondering if the whole balance has to be paid at once if using the gift cards.

I was just going to ask this question. Same thing happens to me with applying a gift card but paying the balance off. Happy Cruising

UPDATE I called, they were able to apply my gift card and I didn't have to pay my balance in full.
