When me and my friends did this, the Lead guard would patrol into the vip room which made it take even longer to just clear out the vip room alone.

If the gem is the last item you will secure, by all means, otherwise just pick it normally otherwise lurking guards (at least on higher diff) will see the broken glass and go into searching mode, same goes for windows, cameras, and doors.

me and my buddy did this heist overkill (with docs) and clearing the front by looping all the cameras in the front, and having someone unmasked sneakily just steal all the jewelry and throw it into the scanner room. definitely an experience

This is amazing 🤩, you definitely put in the work to learn exactly what needed to be done with this heist, wish more players were like you when I try to team up...

Nice stealth, i cant do this one without killing 3 guards and you made it look very ez, also you can transport two hostages at the same time, human shield then yell at one to follow you

You really dont have to kill anyone except for camera guy, but even he isnt much of a threat if you have camera loop twice. One for the hallway and the last one for vip room.

You should try to do it solo stealth on Overkill, it actually isn't that much more difficult on Overkill. In my opinion, Gold and Sharke has to be the easiest Overkill stealth mission, you don't even need to mask up!

Just did it with a friend on stealth ovk. Pretty easy. One carries bags to the van and brings u the jewels to you for cleaning in casing mode while the other does the job masked. I was kinda scared the lead guard would come there, but it turns out he just stands in vip area for a while and then leaves.

You can have the unmasked guy do the whole front. Just make sure you have rush and the perk that makes civilians ignore you if you got rush. Then you just need to keep an eye on the guard

Getting the achievements in payday 2 is definitely worth it, I hope you can get those charms because right now a lot of players are having problems, the developers haven't fixed this bug yet.

Nice job. I didn't know about the shutters in the main room. Time-investment-wise not worth it though unless doing it for the funz or for the new infamy system.

Super useful video my only 2 suggestions to speed it up if 1 u can have someone follow you and then grab a hostage to help move people and 2 after u cleaned the jewellery u should of given 3 bags to the AI to carry to the van for you as it means less likely a guard will spot u moving stuff and also less bag moving simulator 😅

The civs real dont care about the gun in their face do they 🤣If you want them to get down on the floor quicker just melee them since it does no damage and they insta get to the floor. Just a little tip :D Nice run also! :)

You can toss one bag on each ai so you don’t have to carry them all the way to the van to save a few trips

I can never deal with the front room because it keeps filling up with customers faster than I can tie them up and move them.

This achievement can be completed 3 times faster if you open the safe with documents first and don’t do "case the jewelry store" objective. Then you canlock pick the jewelry in front of people and the manager won't leave (bug)

You can take 1 hostage as a human shield and order the other to follow moving 2 at once :D

Funnily enough, for the first few dozens of attempts the phone objective wouldn't activate for me so I thought this was the intended way to play the heist. Couldn't do this fast enough (considering I was also opening the safe in the basement) and manager has left, so I've tried hiding everybody in the VIP and failed when it turned out the lead guards enters there after you pick up a bag. Thought Overkill have gone mad trying to make stealth harder lol

You've likely figured this out by now, but to get the phone option to trigger you need to approach the facial scanner in the VIP area and trigger it to say "access denied". That's when you'll be able to use the phone to blackmail the manager with the evidence you photographed from the safe in the basement. If you never approach the facial scanner, the option to use the phone never becomes available.

@@Raykon333 Yeah, not obvious at all. I just happened to be watching a video where someone was doing a stealth run but no commentary and the phone triggered for him. I happened to notice that at one point he ran up to the scanner for a moment and it seemed at the time to be very out of the way, but after a few times playing the level myself and the phone not triggering, it dawned on me that he must've done that specifically so it would trigger.

Isn't the lead uard coming into the room where you initially secured the hostages at some point? Great vid btw, I'll try myself now :D

A tip for all your stealth heisters. grab the "hack a radio" Perk, it is essential and the best perk you could get. Its a get out of jail free card and lasts the whole heist. every 60 seconds you can hack a guards radio, getting cuffed soon? hack is radio, he suddenly forgets he was after you. Dont wanna wait forever to be led back to the public area? Hack a radio. Masked up? guard being a problem? Hack a radio.

@@Rae-Rudi2357 when guards go in "searching" mode, it stays forever, or until alarm goes off. they also go in "searching" when you trigger one more pager than authorized. or also I believe, if you run out of sight after a camera spot you.

You can use any civilian for the vault button. Just something to keep in mind if you misplace the manager.

If you get the skill where you can do illegal activity without civilian noticing it gets funnier, you can clean up the whole front section without even need to put on mask

i tried this last week. managed to stealth everything, but as i was moving the last few bags from the roof to the van, i got cocky and the civ spotted me. i tried to kill him quickly but then the guard came out and saw him. i hit alt f4 and have not recovered mentally since then

I think you killed the lead guard with the endless pagers, so after you answered it, the search started immediately.

Fun fact : this challenge is actually checked by securing all loot in stealth, which means you dont need to mask and control anyone to complete it, yes I ve done it this way, description is but an illusion.

Once everyone is tied I'd be shooting and bashing all the glass to save a little time.

Congrats on 0 xp for an impressive achievement and hour long heist🙃

Noice, I never knew you can close the blinders. Why did you not get the manager in the back with the info from the safe in the basement? I find it a lot more straight forward to get every bag I can get to the van before going out to where constantly more customers coming in. Other than that, consider your ideas stolen! Harhar!

If you play a mission codes etc are randomly generated. BUT if you RESTART the same heist, the codes will remain the same. So you can run in like a maniac, check the code and restart with stealth knowing the code and ready to go.

I remember doing this heist solo stealth on overkiil trying to get the achievement. Then i only forgot one bag didn’t know where it is at thought it might be in the public room then said f*** it lets end the heist and didn’t get the achievement and now they made the heist harder by making it 5s secure loop but with regular camera and lead guards which is annoying

i was thinking of a way to do it without killing any guards but itll need 2 people, one to fuck around with the hostage the other to not be masked up and just walk around with the bags

For the charm you have, did it unlock once you claimed it for nebula? Because my charms have populated

Only 2 🥲( on overkill)

I did this without the scanner because I do not believe I could do it without alerting someone so I would just abuse cam hacking and grifter to steal all the loot from the front in maskless then sneak maskless to the vip to steal those (and just walk out the front door with them cause it doesn't matter where you came from, as long as you are in a public zone, there is no suspicion) and then mask up for the safe. only killed one guard to lessen risk from roaming guards since cam hacking completely shuts down the cam guard anyway. The reward was bad though, it was at 315,000 or something close to that.

12:29 so thats why. I kept grabbing that loot near the beginning.

I dont get how lucky you had to have been to do the "breaking into jewerly store" part I keep getting there and then some random civ walks in the second I get everyone down.

imo rock the cradle is beter cause it gives the same amount if not more and can be done in 10 mins max

Unfortunately there is no solution to this problem yet, the developers are aware of it, we can only wait. I took my rewards and synchronized through the launch of payday 2 before the release version of payday 3 drops

You can also throw the motion sensors at people like you did with your cameras so you dont have to check your phone every 2 seconds

You can also watch the cameras to see if anyone is standing in front of the entrance before you run in, or memorize the location of the civilians if you reach the place exactly on time.

it took me about 5 restarts in one match , it wasn't the incoming civilians that gave me the most pain in the ass, it was the ones that came in, stood right at the entrance and wouldn't leave until I grabbed them.

@truthless4720 After I took the first bag (in my case it was the stone) the lead guard start and kept going into the vip showroom, I waited until he went to the entrance area and kept moving the bags. Sometimes I would pass him in the hallway.

I don't understand this normally overkill police will be around in vip room but you have a lot of hostage in vip room and he is not coming why ? You opened vip room back door and good video good job

Believe it or not there is a easier way to steal everything from the front and it is dumb as hell but requires a friend. Hack all 3 cameras, spec in grifter/infiltration, and just grab everything from the front.

Motion sensors expire after a while. I didn't get ones because I knew I'd be moving bags for a long time.

The lead guard for me always goes into the VIP Room and then from there into the shop floor...?

I did this with my friend and the achievement didn't proc :)

Why not go in and close the blinds first before masking in the alley just to make it that much easier on yourself?

I know that doesn’t optimize the speed of the run but I feel like it certainly lessens risk of catastrophic failure a little bit at least lol

I figured it didn't matter if I did it before or after, because the civilians on the outside have a poor view of what's going on inside. And the timing of the guard rounds was important to me.

Just like payday 2 stealth for me ecm Jamer and tie as many up as possible that I could

Ive never done the scan part. Just loot everything it takes far less time.

How did the lead guard not enter the vip room? He always goes in there for me

Lead guard will not enter the vip showroom until you take the first bag (any bag).
