I thought the watch is smart enough to detect whenever I'm procrastinating and induce shock but disappointingly you have to manually press the zap button yourself. In that case i might as well pinch myself. The thing about procrastination is that it's hard to snap out of it by yourself

I would probably start with behaviours that can be controlled with your smartphone (getting up, smartphone usage etc) and once you realise how well it works (and reclaimed some time) you can start working on the other stuff. I found myself bored if I can't use my phone so I might as well go for a run..lol

How did you get the magnetic mesh band and noth the silicone one

@Prangel it's really good still using it. I slept through the shocks even with 100 % but I asked the owner of pavlok and got it resolved. After a while somehow it didnt work anymore and I got a replacement without any trouble. I'm very happy with the pavlok.

Do you still use it? Or did you use it for a longer term? And does the zap still work aftee lomg term use, because on Amazon there are so many reviews that say that the zapping wont work after a short time and thats the thing I need but it's so expensive for what it does but it is the perfect thing because I am an heavy sleeper....

Wow you did a better review than the actual Pavlok2 commercial. I paid extra for Amazon to sped up the delivery. However I was disappointed to hear about the water 💦 resistant Pavolok 3 after the fact. Why was Amazon not promoting. 3 as well as 2. I’m sure I’ll be happy with 2. May get 3 for my birthday 🎉 gift next year.

How many amps? Over 50mA it is dangerous for your life ( 0.5 Amps you are dead in Sec. ) and dont try this!

There is no video on your channel about your product anymore. Why I blindly buy? You got website? If not, anyone can offer sell something snd who knows the quality. Why don’t you take time make a video, have a website and let some people sample it and post genuine reviews. If you can’t at least do this how can I trust you have a good product and be there for customer support if need be? You think I am just going to send $55 to India?
