Soviet propaganda presented it this way - poor Pavlik organised a pioneer group in his native village, despite the fact that his father was a kulak. In the end he caught his father in counter-revolutionary activity and reported it. For which he received a knife in the liver from his relatives.
But one has to ask, was there a boy? I mean, how much was the real story similar to the myth we know now? Did Pavlik really denounce his father? Was his father really a fist? And was it true that Pavlik was killed by relatives?
