Brubacher Excavating is seeking skilled, dedicated workers who are looking for training and advancement opportunities within the paving field. We're looking for paving laborers who will perform a variety of manual tasks, including shoveling and raking asphalt to grade, smoothing and adjusting surface irregularities, restoring surface finish and matching asphalt paving joints evenly. Paving roller operators are also needed to compact surface asphalt material to desired finish using high impact equipment such as vibrator rollers, one ton finish rollers, hand rollers and hand tampers.
