glad to know that there is no burning plastic in the process, no air pollution.
This is so great method of converting the waste material which is harmful for the environment to such a useful material in the infrastructure field
great idea but won't it create the problem of microplastic??

i believe they talk about that in other video

Yes it does but majority are idiots to know that so praises and grants
Finally! Someone is doing something about the horrible plastic problem. It's about time. Thank you for some desperately needed good news.

This the is worst thing
Very osm idea!! Indian company must do this..this helps to keep environment balance as well as to reduce corruption in india for sand area..
Wonderful! Every success to you.
Bricks like this... almost waterproof...good for the roads we will make....
First of all food industry should use recyclable plastic covers instead of multilayer covers...I was thinking about the same some days ago... Instead of contributin to CSR they should invest in recyclable plastic covers if it is costly...I collect all recyclable plastic and sell it to kabadi wala nd love with less guilt of polluting environment...
Very wise technology with a heart!
Thank you
Wao great idea
Great idea
We desperately need something of this sort in India to save ourselves from drowning in plastic waste!
Wonderful
innovative idea
Wow 👍 great
Great 🔥🔥
Good work Novita...... Nobita creates problems and Novita solves problems.
Okay but what about natural processes, like erosion, rain and hail slowly chipping away, or wreckage and demolition, all releasing microplastics even more far spread ever?

Да ,много добре обяснихте проблема който ще се прояви само след няколко години. Като добавим и екстремни температури 50°по Целзий в страни като Индия, процесите на разпадане ще се ускорят значително !
Great
More plastic everywhere now. What a genius idea.
Proud to be civil engineer
Nice 👍
How to avoid from convert in microplastic and make degradable?
What an innovation and an innovative idea to turn plastic wastages into tiny flakes, and then mixing them with sand and cement, to make bricks like standard ones, truly remarkable, and no word is enough to define such an astronomical thought, and then, put that into action, I salute to the innovators, for not only show a path to people of this planet, but also saving it, from getting diluted.

But what type of sand is used
Good.
I have seen many companies doing same thing in Noida , they make tiles , Furniture , Toys etc from that waste plastic.
But the use of this bricks are limited. Their work is very appreciable.
There's a Canadian company I saw a video on doing a similar thing. They shape their bricks into an almost Lego-looking shape with strong built-in interconnections.
Good
Thanks for the micro plastic
Make it India limited in Coimbatore Tamilagam & IIT in Hyderabad & in Highway department of India also doing this already by different methods pls make video on it, you are showing other countries.. make video on our country also 🌺

Yes, there is are youtube channels like Anuj Ramotri and Down to Earth which shows tech based innovations supporting environment. ❤️❤️
Why would anyone do that? Now it relases more mocro plastics 😢
This will create more problem of micro plastic and concrete can't be reused if mixed with plastics. Not a good idea IMO.

What is your suggestion then?
Best method to make nano plastic
Thank you so much, im so grateful for this information. God is truly good.
What about plastic road are they were implimented or not yet???
Such a good initiative 👍 hope India makes too♥️🤞

India arleady has such STARTUPS working in similar techniques. Google it. However, scaling remains a challenge.

@@Kalinga_3 yes,but there are some hurdles and we have to do efforts...
How are they for insulation?
what is the MPA of the bricks
Where is Jakarta this bussiness located?
This in Jakarta? Why i never knew abou this?
In Ivory Coast they are also making them, with 100% plastic.
Its always best to incinirate the plastic and extract the energy. No pollution, no micro plastic and basically free energy.
Wish Indian govt draw inspiration from this

We already have done work in using plastic as alternative to some construction materials. This reaserch is done in CSIR Bhopal AMPRI. They used it in making road.
What about fire resistant.
Kya ye fire proof h
In my opinion scientists should done researches on the alternative of single use plastics and all because these methods require a big amount of time to become popular….
Nice initiative, india must adopt this method as we are aiming to achieve climate policies, also pollution in india is at its peak due to covid era it's increased.

Haven't you heard about micro plastics?
I have always known that plastics can be either re-cycled or re-used. No part of plastic is a waste if thought out properly. In india and a few other countries, waste plastics are used in road construction among other things.
🙏🙏
Best way pyrolysis
Ini harus ada apresiasi dan dukungan dari pemerintah, memanfaatkan limbah menjadi bahan berguna,
It may solve a problem for now...but it will be there for even more thousands of years...if a normal plastic bottle be there for thousand years this way it will be unedending time.
I want to start this project in Namibia
Normal brick price in India : 1000 of ₹6000 Plastic brick will be high price
better this process shown is mix 20-30% shredded plastic waste with sand/C&DSwaste/soil/etc avilable locally and pass thru hot excuder machine used to making plastic products and than use the molten paste into hydrulic dye like show to press and make hollow blocks instead of bricks since blocks r more economical along with giving thermal insulation. since using cement in process again increase carbon footprint of the bricks and above said process make blocks/bricks faster to sell instead of waiting for curing n hardening of bricks before selling like show in video.
👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
They are just using plastic as fillers for the cement bricks . So instead of say putting more cement or sand , they put plastic . Plastic found in trash probably cost less than sand . The problem with plastic is , under heat (40-60 celcius) such as roads or exposed surfaces to the sun in tropical countries , the strength of the plastic will be drastically lowered . So it’s like normal cement brick with sand but with 20-30% less strength .
This is how use plastic for saving the future generations...?
It's good one, but they need to think of micro plastics ...
I think they can replace sand with sawdust. Just a suggestion.
plastic waste to bricks, paving blocks, concrete mix, asphalt mix actually aren't ideal solution, but least we can do right now
Unfortunately, using plastic waste in this way is essentially adding to the areas micro plastic situation. Smaller plastic is like way worse for humans than big plastic.
For recycling u need again energy again pollution my question is why to create...this world making depressed
Similar to this method A guy in India use plastic waste and convert it into road making materials…. If these methods become popular then it will definitely reduce a lot of waste and pollution from our loving earth

We've read it in 12th bioLogy ncert book
Good concept.. but this is not new ..as we have studied in our 12 claas bio ncert .. Ahmed Khan in banglore India have doing since 2010... making road using these plastics
am worrying about their intermolecular spaces 🙄🤷🏾♂️
WHY ON EARTH AREN'T WE DOING MORE OF THIS INSTEAD OF THE ODD FACTORY???!!! THE LAST THING WE'RE SHORT ON IS MATERIAL!!

A futile and temporary solution. Now, potential toxins would be leaching for miles into ground water for a long time. This is not easily recyclable as well.
India,great super power,should learn from them 😂
But experts say..this will be more dissasterous to use it this way.
@pavankumarvakulabharanam6717

Who are these experts?
I think making road with plastic is bad because roads usually a load bearing structure so it will wear as time passes if we use plastic then this wear will release micro plastics in our environment...
tax another 2 percent of food manufacturers for recycle or get them to recycle 100'/,
I make and use lye water instead of shampoo to wash my hair. One less plastic in my house.
20% waist thats not recycling
Ban this immediately. This is going to accelerate microplastic problem. Looks cool for now, but dissaster for the future.
Plastic poison our oceans!!
it's not good suggestions for soils , plants , creatures & waters future ... maybe ,used in permanent publics building cycles , ex road , railway......etc. we should not spreading bad somethings.....into our lives & families survive surrounding environments..
