The great Pavel Steidl plays 'Minuetto che va chiamando Dida e Valtz' by N. Paganini (1782 - 1840)
Pavel Steidl (born June 24, 1961) is a classical guitarist who was born in Rakovnik, Czechoslovakia (now in the Czech Republic), but has lived in the Netherlands for many years. After winning first prize at the 1982 International Guitar Competition of Radio France in Paris, Steidl began his career as a professional musician. Pavel is one of our closest and favourite artists, having been a regular at Altamira international symposiums for some time now. He joined us again in 2019 and we are lucky to be able to share his special performance.

Pavel came to Cuernavaca, Mexico in the 90s. Could not attend his performance at former Festival Internacional de Guitarra. My friends told me how amazing and unique it was. Now I can't get enough of his music, musicianship and taste

Can someone actually confirm what piece this is and who is the composer? I can’t find any piece by Paganini that goes by this name. Someone else in the comments said it’s Mertz but I’m having a hard time confirming that too.
