Yes. Paula has been playing some fantastic tennis too, at a much higher level than her ranking would suggest. I hope we're seeing a resurgence from Paula and she is consistent enough to make her way back into the top 10 again.

Maybe your opinion is right, but she is not consistent...the real test is if she manages to advance to the semi-finals against Sabalenka. Hope she succeeds 💪

Well, Badosa tried but no use at the end, that's why she dropped from No2 to No 42, which is not a bad ranking , lots of very good players are top 50 or 100 , seemingly No2 Kontaveit who dropped at No 80 I think, only Maria has kept her top ten position and starts again to rise, so no fireworks just quality player, congrats to both for a very good match, even predictions against her , Maria prevailed, good luck further!

Vamos María sigue así hasta el final porque es verdad que Paula Badosa hubiera ganado pero bueno no pasa nada que es un partido complicado. Hubiera ido por otro lado para que no se equivoce. El hecho de que María había ganado tampoco es que ha ganado al rival además porque encima Paula estaba muy concentrada en el partido. Hubiera seguido el partido hasta el final porque Paula tiene mucha confianza para hacerlo muy bien. Y bien que lo hizo. Hizo lo que pudo y nada mas porque Paula tiene la misma como lo que tiene Garbiñe. Esa era la llave. La llave era esa. Paula tiene que hacer como lo que hace Garbiñe que es ganar. Esa es la motivación que tiene esa es la actitud.

Badosa deserves to be in top 5 to top 10. Just needs to tame her inner demons. Happy for Sakkari. I always believe clay might give her the best chances to use her upper body strength and insane fitness to outlast her opponents. Maybe the high elevation might just give her the edge with her cardio.

I've always suspected that Sakkari is a man masquerading as a woman. Others have also mentioned this. Someone even said she received a sex change in Thailand. I don't know for certain if Sakkari is actually a dude, but she does look masculine.
