I asked my 20yr old daughter to watch this. She just got saved a few weeks ago. This was her reply, "Wow it is terrifying, but so amazing at the same time. I’ve had it wrong for so long that having the truth now is so freeing , thank you for sharing this with me I love you so much daddy thank you for all you have done for me all these years" Happy tears and thankful hearts here as we rejoice in His great mercy.

Christian communities all over the entire wide world know for a fact God Himself wrote the B.I.B.L.E. - basic instructions before leaving earth. He did this by inspiring some chosen people He trusted.. some are even known globally as prophets like daniel isaiah jeremiah et al..just like presidents are inspiring his cabinets and even Congress to write policies and regulations in order to have order, peace, prosperity, and progress.. How come people believe with all their heart what george washington did to a little place called america some 240 + yrs ago.. or abe lincoln did to emancipate one of our greatest evils ? Was I there, present at the time when it’s all taking place ? Yet, every one of us believes it is so. Why.. because people (not prophets ) but are called historians managed to write it all.. just like what happens when the holy scriptures were written one thousand six hundred years apart (old , new testaments) compiled into 66 books by 45 authors now being called the BIBLE How do I know this was so.. because the best and the brightest and very reasonable people keep explaining this to be so, continually.. almost on a daily basis. This is how I come to hear it and eventually know it as so. Now, do I believe jfk was killed in dallas some time ago. I have no idea.. but too many people talk as if it really happened, yet I don’t think each one of them was right there and then either.. this just my too cents. i just pray AND hope they’re telling the truth, which by the way, i consume as truth🙏 Please rest assured I have some idea who really wrote the gospel. One thing I’m sure, it’s not me😍

I couldn’t agree more. Never heard it like this before.

I've always wondered, how I knew that I was truly saved. I knew that I asked Jesus into my heart when I was a young boy and asked Him to forgive me for my sins. I've tried to be a good Christian and have always asked God to forgive me of my sins and to make into the man He wanted me to be. But how did I truly know I was saved? How did I truly know that when God comes back again one day, that He wouldn't say to me, "Turn from Me for I never knew you." That has always been my biggest fear. But throughout my life, I've noticed that periodically, I would feel God calling me to re-examine myself and change certain things I was doing wrong and to repent. I fall in love with God all over again and greatly esteem Him in my heart. That repentance that has periodically tugged on my heart, was God calling me. I am truly saved because I sin just like any other man, but I cannot go on sinning without feeling the need to repent and ask for God's forgiveness. God's calling out to me and to you whoever may be reading this. You just have to listen to your heart, that feeling of repentance and desire to know who God truly is.

@@christopherpavlacka That doesn't mean you are sinless. In Romans 7 Paul even confesses that his flesh continually holds him back and serves sin. There is the repentance unto salvation (2 Corinthians 7:10-12) which is one time, and then there is the daily and life-long repentance of the believer when they slip and fall in their Christian walk (1 John 1:8-9). There is nothing you can do. Period. Changing your life can’t save you, acting different can’t save you. Trying not to sin can’t save you. The gospel is simply put as this. Jesus Christ died for ALL your sins past present future, and as long as you put all your trust in him and him only, not yourself, you’ll be saved. You could live full of reform, changing of works, and miss the true gospel “good news”! Your saved by grace through faith. Nothing you can do, will do or have done can save you or anyone els. Only his blood. This is the true good news.

If you wont believe that you will never be good enough to be saved, you cant see what Jesus Christ did for you.

@Whole Brain Productions did you catch what I said there? You are SAVED because of who HE is. My sin is washed away by the perfect blood of the Lamb. I trust His sacrifice for my sake. "I am dead, and my life is hid with Christ in God." While I live out the rest of this life, i still have my original sin nature, yes, but the Holy Spirit also dwells within me to point out my sin: not to convict me over and over again, but to to say, "THAT'S why Christ HAD to die." Being aware that I'm still an imperfect sinner until the coming Resurrection is one thing. Remaining in a state of fear or guilt is disbelief in the sufficiency of The Sacrifice.

I like how he emphasized the immensity of the gap between our goodness and that of God, which is MUCH greater than most people realize or wish to. Most people I know, including myself at times, prefer to think more highly of themselves and less highly of God and his nature than is deserved. The greater the contrast the greater the conviction--and people don't like to be convicted, so they consciously or unconsciously downplay the difference.

Absolutely!! I'm grateful for my pastor's teachings on sin, and on the righteousness of God... he really keeps us studying these issues, deep in Scritpure, in a way that glorifies God beautifully and simply.

I feel so overwhelmed by His love, I wanna jump for joy and work for Jesus all days of my life, I may be 20 but I want to serve Him forever. I want Him to continue to change me! :) isn't our God super awesome? I think He's the bomb if you ask me lol :) praise God!

What a TRUE man of God. So sweetly spoken as not to turn anyone away but to draw them to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. I've NEVER heard ANYONE EVER speak of God the way Paul does. The explanation of what our mind truly is and what it truly means to be saved and HOW you KNOW for sure you truly are saved. Makes you examine who you really are as a human being but more importantly as a Child of God. I've got a LOT of thinking to do and maybe a lot of tears to cry. You see I Know this God, this Jesus, this Holy Spirit and have since I was a very small child. I got saved in the basement of a Baptist Church. No more than 7 years old He called me and there was NO denying Him....I remember sobbing so hard and Knowing I had to have this Jesus. He's Never left me, He's been with me through so many, many frightening, terrorizing, lonely times since that evening in that basement of that church for Vacation Bible School. So much abuse, homelessness, womens shelters and countless "men" in not only my life but my 2 sisters. I'm Dumbfounded at what I'm sharing on here and cannot begin to explain why because I can't figure it out myself. God has given me and my sisters so many awesome blessings throughout our lives. I've seen Amazing miracles with my own eyes, God's given me Amazing and unbelievable blessings...Extremely personal gifts He's shared with me and even a healing in my own body. I could go on but I've already shared more here than I recently have shared in years.

Thank you, Lord. I have the privilege to deliver a 20 minute message tomorrow on the Gospel, and I thought, "How easy. This will be a breeze." But suddenly nervous apprehension seized me & my thoughts were jumbled. The time I have to speak is so limited, & there's so much this particular group needs to hear. I have less than 7 hours, until the service & it's 2:30 Am. From my home page this video popped up & God has used it to encourage me as to the important points I need to hit, which will easily fit into my tiny time slot. He is so faithful, so understanding, so good. God has used this short clip to help me know the dynamics of His word which can be spoken, hitting the important points and relying on His word to do the heavy lifting. But I so want to speak on faithfulness, and a requisite yearing to be holy-I sense it's what they need.

I remember the day i was in my bedroom and saw myself lost. I felt empty and without purpose in life. And then I uttered words I never thought I would, I said I need to get right with God. The moment I said that, all day long the name of Jesus kept popping up in my head. I fought it for a while and continue in my sin but, eventually I gave in. I Google how to get save, heard the gospel and for about a week. 2 to 3 times a day, in my bathroom and bedroom. I was in my kees crying out to God, I kept asking Jesus to forgive me of my sins and save me. One day i woke up and i just had this joy all over me and a hunger to read the Bible (I'm a KJV only kinda man). All i could think about was Jesus,Jesus,Jesus. After about 3 month though, that's when the WAR started and the old man pop'd up again. I have to fight the flesh daily but, like Pastor Paul said, if your encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ was real, it will stick. I was a die hard atheist back then, a lost sinner.... until the Lord found me. I don't know who but, somebody was praying for me. Well that's my testimony, thanks for reading and God bless.

Everytime I watch this, it's like I'm watching it for the first time, every time. It never gets old.

One of the greatest gift Jesus gave me is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the is comforter that gives me God's peace. I no longer have to fear or worry, I can actually just live! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Blessed you are brother. It seems that a lot of our brothers dont reach this state because they are exposed to a superficial gospel. The true mark of His disciples is the Holy Spirit that guides us to Him every single minute.

Well, "self-righteousness" vs. "imputed righteousness" is a pretty good example. No, I do not attack you, Mr. Wilkins, you have read what on the surface appears to be very "deep" and "very holy"; and, based on your acceptance of that synthetic "holiness" you accept all the little bits of nonsense that it hides. 2 Cor. 5:17-21 is not the truth, rather it is an explanation of what it's author (St.Paul?) believes to be the truth. However, it is not the truth, it is a "pitch", a story or a fable, designed to represent itself as the truth. St. Paul is no more a representative of Jesus Christ than I am. St. Paul never met Jesus, never knew Jesus, never understood Jesus. However, his self-righteousness has lead and will continue to lead sincere students and followers of Christ into the hands of everlasting "silliness"... and, unfortunately perhaps even perdition. But we have been assured that if we seek the truth, the truth once uncovered will set us free. I therefore urge you to reconsider your loyalties. They are to Jesus and not to Paul. They are, after all, very different. Thank you for your time.

That is a lie from Hell! 1 Timothy 1:16 Paul said that he was the pattern to them that believe hereafter. Not here to argue, you need to deal with these scriptures. William Floyd The Bible was comprised of various scriptures by various authors. Some authored materials have been included or excluded depending upon the opinions held by various councils throughout history. If the Bible is all true, then which version are you referring to.... all of them? Well, that puts you in a pickle. If so, then some are more true than others... is that not a reasonable conclusion? That which I wrote may be at odds at that which you currently believe. However that does not make my opinion a "lie". On the other hand, you have chosen by inference to call me a liar. Shame, shame, shame. Perhaps we'll have the opportunity to discuss this matter after the Second Coming.... perhaps only one of us will be there! As they used to say in my college days, "Be there or be square!"

This is the gospel of truth. A holy, righteous, and perseverant life is proof that Yahweh God in Messiah Jesus has saved, redeemed, and regenerated you. Todays Christianity is watered down, cultural, and non offensive. Paul Washer couldn't have said this any better. It should make every professing believer examine themselves in light of the Word. This is a truthful video. Yes, we are saved by the Grace of God in Christ, but, like Paul said, "because of Grace do you sin more." Absolutely not! "Be Holy as I am Holy." This video convicted me like no other. The church is asleep. Wake up for now is the time. Jesus is coming soon folks.

I saw someone described the repentance that i found true, that applied on me, that the repentance is the change of axiom, so all my math was wrong, all what i have builded, have to be torn down, and relearn everything in Christ, many sufferings from the past life, many long long night of prayer, my rebirth last about 3 month, is very hard for me, and now I cry and weep a lot, for the glory that i see on Lord, and for the lament that i see on my self, but the salvation have not come from me, the salvation come from above, i try not to focus on "MY" sins, every time i focus on my self, scares me, only HIM, My Lord and Savior.

Legalistic is regards to the law. We are talking about our anointed Saviour and the name that is above all names. I don't want to make a big deal of it. The time is coming when He will receive a new name. Those who hold to the revelations of true interpretation will receive anew name too.

Yes Brother. I have. And I am not talking about the legalistic Law... Im referring to your manner towards His name. I use both Yeshua & Jesus. Its the same God who i'v spoken with for years. We should fuss over things loke that because I can assure you, when we get to The Kingdom, it will be beyond a verbal name. Translation is translation. We worship the God of Israel, so don't worry about that Brother.

As Christian we tend to forget the gospel even though we are saved we must be reminded of the gospel on a day to day basis

This video changed my life and I’ll never forget it I was reading the Bible and I still didn’t know the gospel I didn’t know what it meant or why Jesus had to die on a cross for our sins so I went on KZread on day and typed in what is the gospel and I heard this and a light bulb went off in my head and I finally understood what the good news was all about. I was just blown away and wanted to tell everyone soon after watching this video of Paul washer I bought his book and started reading it and he has helped me so much thanks u Paul !

the magnitude of that Transaction is still diffictlt for me to fully quantify, even as i myself am a wicked sinner who was saved by that immeasurable Transaction

+Paul Gross I pray for you! I disagree with your statements and your mean attacks on Paul Washer! we must repent and turn from our sin, through the power of The Holy Spirit. When we come to Christ in faith and believe on His finished work on the cross, we must repent, and acknowledge our sins. At that point of repentence we are forgiven and cleansed of our sins through Christ's blood. Matt. 3:7-10 Acts 3:19 Romans 5:9-10b Titus 2:14

Paul Gross we dont turn from sin to be saved we turn from sin because we are saved the holy spirit was sent to convict of sin and righteousness. i think your confused possibly between salvation by works and then worjs that prove one is save faith without works is dead. its not of our own righteosness. gods spirit fills us and enables us to turn from sin. its a proccess he gives us the power to tear down strongholds. if your choosing to sin over turning away from sin then i guess it can be looked at as every decision is moving towards christ or away. but there is forgivness. im not saying this perfectly but the point is clear i think. Jesus payed the penalty for our sin but if we are not growing then something is wrong. i know im struggling right now

Paul Washer's prayer life pays bountifully into my life. I'm so glad he knew Leonard Ravenhill & that he has been so diligent in his ongoing Christian life. We all need powerful, convicted role models. Mr. Washer is valued one for me.

To believe in Jesus, will bring eternal life. This is eternal life with fear of death, in the filth of sin. But an eternal life with salvation is the eternal life expunged from sin, expunged from the fear of death in an eternal life of unspeakable amazement. We must go to christ the way he went before us, even free of sin, he went. So we must face our sin, and be made subject of its laws that bound us in the misery of our tribulation. We must face the guilt and humility of our very own flesh and humanity, and we must let go of the markings of the beast where in our mind, marked on our foreheads, we think of the world before our God. And from the marking of our right hand, we must let go of the labor for the beast, This is the tribulation that you will find, as you align yourself with God, on the path of righteousness, the world will reject you all of which you thought you were, it will reject you beyond, who you come back to know, through the graceful path jesus has shown us the way to the glory.

Talk about timing… I SO needed to hear this at this time!

Why is it I never hear about the Holy Spirit in Christians when , if we are truly born again , we are sealed with it . Christ said ; my sheep know my voice and a stranger they will not follow . His voice is in the Holy Spirit in us . That's why Christ said ; as many as are led by the spirit of God , they are the sons of God . We sing a song with these words in it ; There's a birth i can't remember but there's a birth I can't forget . I cannot remember being born to my parents . I cannot forget being born of the spirit of God when it took place . It's so wonderful , there's nothing like it . Brother Washer may not agree but we know we are born again if we love the children of God . WE KNOW we have passed from death unto life because we now know we love the brethren of Christ . There's nothing greater than ageing in truth, see people that refuse to let go of their sins look horrible...

The best way to know if you are saved is to ask yourself: do I believe? Even John 3:16, the most famous verse in the entire Bible teaches that if you believe, then you are saved, period.

What is so sad to me is, so many people walking around say: I'm a good person, so I'm going to heaven right?!? And my response is: Well, not necessarily. What is your relationship with Jesus?! Do you know Jesus? Does He know you?! And then if they are willing, I say the gospel. Most times it doesn't go well, they don't want to know...........that's sad

@@r.m.k.1974 I suggest that you read it again bcoz if you read it properly you would know that jesus said what he said in matthew 26:39 bcoz his flesh was not willing to go through the suffering that he was about to go through, but his spirit was willing. Hence in the next verse he said "however may Your(God's) will be done, not mine". Besides, Jesus prophesied about His death so many times in the gospels, so did the prophets before Him (eg Isaiah), so if matthew 26:39 refuted the idea that Jesus died for our sins, then that would make Jesus a liar and an untrustworthy person since He was inconsistent with His teachings

Paul Gross Actually he preaches what Jesus did so if you are saying he is evil you are inferring Jesus is "pure evil" . Faith without works is DEAD ! James 2:20 Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works; 23 and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”-and he was called a friend of God. 24 You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. The gospel you follow is a false unbiblical gospel

Arnaldo Rossi Paul Washer is a false heretical teacher who says you must "repent of your sins to be saved" the bible doesn't even say repent of your sins 1 time! he talks about the "signs" of true conversion the bible said a wicked generation seeks signs and wonders. He backloads the gospel with works and perverts the gospel. Romans 4:5 to him that worketh not but believeth on him who justifies the ungodly his faith will be accounted for righteousness. you guys pervert the whole book of James and apply it to salvation when it shows clearly in context that he is speaking to believers and telling them to add works to their faith not to be saved but so it can profit others but you guys twist it and say faith and works go hand in hand in regards to salvation but the the bible says in galatians 3:12 that the law is not of faith. As well as in Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Bottom line salvation is by grace alone through faith alone, Jesus died for the sins of every man and the whole world, whoever believes on his payment for their sins receives the free gift of eternal life and can never lose it or else it makes god a liar. There is no evidence of works needed to prove your saved, you wicked people try to look at your own lives to justify if your saved and find evidence your truly saved. My evidence is at the cross of Christ, he paid for all my sins past, present and future and he promises "eternal life," that we will "never die," that he will never lose us nor forsake us. Trust Christ not the good works in your life because those works are filthy rags before god.

2feet1gospel thank you. i appreciate it my email address is cjocjo86@gmail.com. its mostly understanding things and prayer im in severe spiritual warfare and medications that mess me up and psychotic breakdowns and delerium and akathisia wich causes the world to turn upside down in my head and my beliefs become so skewed theough akathisia where im in chemical terron not normal afraid its the life death part of brain is malfunctioning and so i cant control it guilt shame eat me alive psychosis and the attacks feel like god persecuting me even though i know its not him i feel and start to belive im being thrown into hell. the meds did this too me and i am very very sick i act like wild animal and it budens others severely but i need to depend on god i feel like im disobedient but i cannot control my thoughts and they are evil a lot... it torments me whats in my heart? ive become so selfish for survival because I cant take care of myself. ...

It got corrupted as soon as they translated the scriptures from Greek to Latin to English. This pharisee doctrine is just as much to blame as other false doctrines. You are not without sin if this is your preferred method of ministry. IT IS THAT SIMPLE
