This is the game Pierce talked about on his show with KG ... he went 1 for 4 in the first quarter and 0 for 12 in the 2nd quarter. After starting off 1 for 16 the rest of the game including overtime he went 12 for 18 from the field , 5 for 5 from 3 and 17 for 18 from the free throw line

@@mohegansonthe truth is Wade came into the game the right way with Pat Reily. Paul’s biggest problem was he didn’t use his ball IQ until he was much older. Wade always played the game the right way while Paul and Twan were accused of playing buddy ball, being ball hogs and partying too much 😭

There is nothing sloppy or ugly about it. Teams guarded the paint as you can see Paul is attacking 3 guys every time he goes to the rim. The game has evolved or devolved. Today it’s just shooting 3s all game for some teams which leads to blowouts every other game and there’s nothing “pretty” about watching teams down by 20-30 at half because people just Chuck 3s rather they’re hot or cold….

@@jamesonedwardsii4943 the game was very much sloppy and ugly back then,games from this same decade don’t look this bad 06-10 was much better looking basketball,im not even sure why “attacking 3 guys” would be something you was count as a positive for a pleasing product sounds like bad basketball to me,you enjoy this era of ball that’s cool,a lot of my favorite guys and teams were from this era,but looking back on it it was indeed ugly and sloppy glad you enjoy it tho good for you

Cause that basketball liked slot more organized and more better to look at than this
