What's amazing is the depth of emotion one can see over various faces in the crowd. To much of the West, Russia is seen as cold and calculating but this wonderful clip shows a Russia altogether different. Music is the universal language that envelops us and binds us - fantastic.

Just the one line "Maybe I'm a lonely man who's in the middle of something that he doesn't really understand" is so simple yet is felt by most men at some point in their lives . And then to take a moment and realize the life-altering s#it storm he was going through when he wrote those words. And hopefully a lot of us are partners with the only woman who could ever help us.

Brilliance is sometimes a term overused,but this man is brilliance in the flesh.

The shot of the little girl crying at 2:27 pushed me over the brink of tears. And I'm a big grown ass man. : ) She gets it.

davehshs he sings with the same amount of soul as he used to, his vocal chords are just getting a bit weaker which is normal for all the touring he does

Paul's definitely amazing, here. Hits the high notes and he plays really well as well. . . while his band plays on.

I don’t know if Russians understand the language in which Paul was singing. But here you can appreciate how powerful the music is. It transcends barriers and ideologies. If Russia and United States ever becomes entangled in a world war, I am sure Paul McCartney can be the perfect ambassador to bring peace with his music.

Paul sounds better LIVE than studio recordings. In this concert , it is self evident he makes more effort! Something that most of us would do before an audiences. Good band in this video with good harmony!

Incredible to think that this song was composed in 1969 during the Beatle's era (finally released in 1970). So so ahead of it's time and a real precursor of the opera rock era that came years later with songs like Dream on by Aerosmith or Bohemian Rhapsody.
